What You will be doing
Come join us in Minneapolis for a 4 days missions experience! During the week there will be times of prayer and worship, training for outreach, helping with a youth camp, community service projects, and connections with different people groups in the Twin Cities.
Street Evangelism
After a time of training, you will have the opportunity to go out in the community and share the Gospel on the streets. You will be in groups with other believers from Cityview Church or the Firebase Movement. which is working to establish 24/7 worship, prayer, and outreach.

Little Earth Outreach
Little Earth is a Native American community with members from 39 different tribes. You will partner with a local pastor to minister to the community through barbeques and nights for the community as well as playing sports with the youth.

Prayer Ministry
You will grow in your prayer life with the Lord through times of personal and corporate prayer and also have opportunities to pray for each other and those you meet during ministry times.

Food Drive Outreach
You will be able to meet people's practical needs by providing food through a neighborhood barbeque and food drive or by working at a partner ministries food shelf helping with food distribution.

Neighborhood Outreach
You will have the opportunity to reach out to the South Minneapolis community through practical care such as trash pick up and wagon ministry passing out food and clothing to the homeless. During this time you may encounter people from various different cultures.

Children and Youth Ministry
You will be a part of helping with a youth camp with Cityview's partner ministry REVIVE. This is a time to share the Gospel with local youth and share the love of Christ with them. The camp will also include games, leadership development, and teaching life skills. You will be guided in how to present Bible lessons and what activities to prepare, but they value your authenticity, creativity, personality, and investment in their lives. You will also have opportunities to work with younger children in the community and through our local partners.
